Since 1996 Art-Architekci - the author of the projects has been designing residential and commercial buildings. In cooperation with River Point, he has developed projects with floating architecture.
A team of designers, engineers and hydrotechnicians watches over every detail of the project.

At the request of our customers we realise all types of floating objects. We take care of functional solutions both in objects and in solutions of waterfront development
Construction and workmanship of floats guarantee safety, stability and resistance to all weather conditions.
The facility has the necessary certificates, including those of the Polish Register of Shipping [PRS ].

We carry out feasibility studies with respect to hydrological and formal-legal conditions.

The floating object design includes mooring solutions and media supply.
Innovation
The company's research department is creating a new quality of floating architecture in cooperation with scientists. We apply ecological solutions and use green energy. Floating systems proven in Sweden and Germany will be enhanced at the implementation stage with innovative solutions developed in cooperation with Polish research units.
